I did not receive my order confirmation e-mail. What do I do now?
If you haven't received the order confirmation email in your inbox, you might want to check your spam or trash folder. If you don't find the email in spam or trash box, do not hesitate to write in to us at Help@chaileaves.com and one of the chai leaves family members will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been logged and the payment has been authorized by your bank, you should receive a receipt via email, confirming your order. Additionally, you can head over to account page click orders and see all your orders.
Can my order be modified after it has been placed?
We're family! We will gladly edit or cancel your order as requested before it ships out. Just send an E-mail to Help@chaileaves.com with your contact information and confirmation number for us to confirm, your changes. Just be sure to let us know before it ships out!
When does Chai Leaves charge my credit card?
We charge your card only after you put a credit card on file and confirmed your order. You may change or edit your shipping and billing information anytime after that.
How long does it take for Chai Leaves to ship out the products after an order has been placed?
Orders received before 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day.
*Please note that some of our shipping carriers do not deliver on Saturday’s and Sunday's
What if I want to change my address?
Here at Chai Leaves we treat you like family. You can change the address of your order and any future orders by sending an E-mail at email@example.com with your contact information and your most recent confirmation number and we'll take care of it right away!
Be sure to to change your address before the order has been shipped from our fulfillment center because it wouldn't be possible for us to change the address after it has been shipped.
Cancellations & Returns
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and we'll cancel it promptly.
*Please note that we do not accept cancellations once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center. Please note that if you chose our serenity package (12 month subscription) you may only cancel your package 7 days after receiving your first month's order.
We're sorry to hear you're leaving our family! To cancel your subscription just send us an E-mail to email@example.com with your contact information and your most recent confirmation number and we'll take care of it for you
How do you refund my money?
There are two modes of refund.
- Store credit: You can either choose to add this money to your store credit, which you can use at a future date. This happens within 12 hours from cancellation.
- Back to source: In this case, the money will be debited back to your account. This typically takes about 5-7 business days.
*Once you've canceled your order, Teabox will process the refund based on your choice mode of refund.
What's your general cancellations policy?
Orders on Chai leaves must be canceled before the tea has been dispatched from our fulfillment center. Unfortunately, once the tea has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, it will not be possible for us to cancel the order.
I'm not too happy with the tea (or have received the wrong shipment). What do I do now?
Ensuring that our members get only the highest quality teas is top priority for us at Chai Leaves! However, if you think we've made an error- with the quality or with quantity or contents of your order, all you need to do is reach out to our family support team by reaching out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information and most recent confirmation number. We'll be glad to help out our family with the best possible solution, including refunding your money back.
How do I return my order?
We pride ourselves for bringing to you the freshest tea there is. And tea, just like any other vegetable or fruit, is perishable. We consider returned goods, compromised in freshness. We do not accept any return inquiry after 7 days of delivery in unopened and unused condition
Instead, please write to us at email@example.com and we promise to do whatever we can to remedy the issue. When the day ends, your satisfaction is what matters to us. We are family after all!
Is it necessary to have an account to buy?
Technically no but we recommend all of our customers to create an account so that they can manage their subscriptions, orders, shipping information, and billing details. Additionally having an account makes your checkout in the future faster and easier! You can make the purchase using the Guest Account option as well. All you would need is a valid E-Mail address so that we can mail your order details.
I can't remember my password. What do I do?
No Problem! just send us an E-Mail with your E-Mail address used when you created your account and your most recent order number and we’ll gladly reset that for you.
